  • The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation

    The Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a non-governmental, non-profit organization uniting its members to pursue goals and objectives as set forth by the Russian Federation Law on Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the Russian Federation and the Chamber's Charter.

    The Chamber, whose activity embraces all business sectors from manufacturing to home and foreign trade, to agriculture, finance and services, represents interests of small, medium and big business.

    The Chamber is responsible for the promotion of the development of Russian economy and its integration into the world economy and it is expected to provide favorable conditions for the advancement of all business sectors.
  • MMC Norilsk Nickel

    Norilsk Nickel is the world’s largest producer of nickel and palladium and one of the leading producers of platinum and copper. Besides, it produces a range of by-products, such as cobalt, chromium, rhodium, silver, gold, iridium, ruthenium, selenium, tellurium and sulfur.

    The Group is primarily involved in prospecting, exploration, extraction, refining and metallurgical processing of minerals, as well as in production, marketing and sale of base and precious metals.

    Norilsk Nickel’s industrial facilities are located on three continents and in five countries, i.e. Russia, Australia, Botswana, Finland and South Africa.
    Norilsk Nickel, in conjunction with its local partners has been considering and identifying opportunities for investment cooperation with Indonesia, particularly in terms of development of copper smelting industry.

    Back in the nineties Geo Spectrum was nominated by the Russian government as the coordinator and operator of the G2G project of accelerated settlement of Indonesian sovereign debt obligations under state credits granted by the former USSR. This settlement was effected through shipments to the Russian market of Indonesian traditional export goods and commodities to the amount of some USD600 Mil.
     
    An essential area of Geo Spectrum’s activity is the establishment of business ties and partnership relations in the area of international trade, investment and the development of economic and technological cooperation between both private and state-owned entities in Russia, Indonesia and other South-east Asia countries.
